WHY PROBOT

Real end-of-line problems, solved.

A robot, a gripper and an app designed to work together, with no integrator and no months-long project.

01 OPERATIONS · EHS

A hard-to-staff job that causes injuries

The robot lifts boxes up to 40 kg (88 lb), 8 times a minute. Your people move on to higher-value work.

02 OPERATIONS

One machine per line gets expensive

One palletizer moves from line to line by pallet jack or forklift, as your volumes shift.

03 CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Every changeover means calling the integrator

Build the recipe yourself in the free app: 4 steps, zero lines of code.

04 MAINTENANCE

A line down in the middle of the night

The AI assistant walks the operator through clearing common stoppages: fewer night calls, and maintenance freed up for other work.

05 OPERATIONS · HR

Always someone new to train

Each employee trains on their own in the app with narrated tutorials, even before delivery.

06 MANAGEMENT

A long project that’s hard to justify

Plugged in within 5 minutes without disrupting production, and 8 years FANUC maintenance-free: payback in under 18 months.

SAFETY

Collaborative safety, built in.

Force sensing on every axis and automatic stop on contact: the palletizer works next to your people, with no fence, in a single operator’s footprint. Compliant with ISO 10218-1/2 and ISO/TS 15066.

The app is free. In Simulation mode, build your recipes and train your operators, then transfer the recipes to the robot when it arrives.

Operator Assist suggests fixes for common stoppages. Included with the maintenance plan.

Your operators learn in the app.

Narrated tutorials in 10 languages, built for the night shift, no trainer needed.

Your data at your fingertips.

Stop causes and durations, rate: everything to track your OEE. Reports by email or USB key.

FROM ORDER TO PRODUCTION

Productive from delivery day, even when the team changes.

With the free app, your operators learn while the palletizer is on its way. When a new operator joins, they train in the app: the dip is small and recovery is fast.

Probot produces from delivery day, with no integration period. Elsewhere, installation and retraining widen the gap before the machine pays for itself.

Choosing the right palletizer

Three questions to ask before automating your end of line.

01 What is your throughput? How many cases per minute, today and in three years. That’s what decides between a cobot and an industrial robot. Frequently asked questions

How much does a robotic palletizer cost?

Our standard cell comes at a fixed price, posted online. The price depends on the kit and options you choose. Commissioning is quoted separately, and grants can cover part of the investment.

Do I need an integrator to change formats?

No. You build the recipe yourself in the app, in 4 steps: product, pallet, pattern and slip sheets. No code.

Can operators be trained before delivery?

Yes. The free app has a Simulation mode: your teams train in it and prepare recipes before the palletizer arrives, with narrated tutorials in 10 languages.

What does the AI assistant do?

Operator Assist reads the cell’s status and walks the operator through clearing common stoppages: a dropped box, a robot waiting, a format change. It’s included with the maintenance plan.

Cobot or industrial robot: which one?

A cobot takes less space, is easy to reprogram and can often run without a fence. An industrial robot suits very high rates and heavy loads. We’ll help you decide based on your production.

Is the cell suitable for the food industry?

Yes. The robot is IP67 and designed to shed standing water. Two option levels are available: USDA white epoxy paint with NSF H1 grease, or a full stainless steel base.
